Recall - European Conflict Archaeological Landscape Reappropriation is a research project focused on developing innovative architectural practices that reinforce the management, valorisation and communication of the XXth Century European Conflict Heritage considered as Cultural Landscape. More information about the project and its partners can be found here.
The Marinaretti Story, included in the Recall - Venice WWII ‘Sories & Places’ workshop, was the 'forgotten memory' assigned to one of six interdisciplinary teams - including artists, architects and archeologists. The brief consisted in elaborating a work that would 'recall' the story through a participatory approach that would contribute to revive the memory and its social perception. The project documentation can be found here and the final presentation video can be seen here.
